we are taking our Kids’ Carnival outreach to the streets…or more specifically, to our neighborhoods. We’re calling it “ Treat Your Neighbors,” and we will host mini-Kids’ Carnivals, in 5-6 driveways, strategically located around Keizer.

Each driveway will have a fun carnival type game, costumes, prizes, and candy galore. Some driveways might even offer hot cider for dad and mom.
